- How long does it take to process my order?
It takes between 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Personalised orders may take up to 5 working days.
- How long does delivery take?
Delivery generally takes 2 to 5 working days once we hand over your parcel to the courier service. Express options are available which can take 1 - 3 working days. Deliveries may take longer depending on courier type selection, orders dispatched to rural areas or during peak periods dependant on the courier services capacity.
- What are your delivery charges and can I get free delivery?
Delivery fees start from R80.00 depending on your location and courier selection. Free delivery options are available for orders over R299.
- Can I collect my order?
Collection is available by appointment from our studio in Randpark Ridge. Available collection time slots can be selected at checkout. To help us manage collections smoothly, please arrive during your selected appointment time.
- How can I track my order?
You will be sent a Waybill tracking number via email when your order is being processed for delivery. Use the below website and enter the waybill number to track the delivery status.

- In which regions do you deliver to?
We deliver to all regions within South Africa.
- What payment options can I use to place my order?
We make use of Payfast and YOCO payment services which allows you to make quick and secure payments. These are reputable and trusted platforms to make payments. For further information regarding security certification e.g. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) please visit the relevant payment services website.
Alternatively, you may make payment to our account using a bank transfer.
Note: When using the bank transfer option, payment may take up to 2-3 working days to reflect. We only process orders once payment reflects in our account.
- Do we make customised items?
Yes, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can tailor most jewellery items according to your preference and size.
- How do I purchase a customised gift box?
The customised boxes are available on the product page. Simply select that you would like one and the design. Add your personal message to the textbox available. Please refer to the Personalised Gift Boxes page for further information.
- How do I care for my jewellery item?
General care is advised to prolong a good overall appearance of the product such as limiting contact with water (showering, bathing, washing dishes etc.) and keeping the item away from harsh chemicals, soaps, perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, salt water, etc.
- How do I take a fingerprint impression?
You can simply take a photo of the fingerprint on your driver's license and send that to us or you can create a fingerprint impression yourself. We created a video to guide you on creating a fingerprint impression. You can use a pencil, paper and tape.
Please try and make it as clear as possible as that will impact the quality of the final result.
