Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1 - 2 working days excluding SA public holidays (personalised items may take up to 5 working days excluding SA public holidays).
All orders are dispatched via a courier service. Delivery is available to majority of South African addresses based on areas dependent on scope of delivery coverage by the courier service.
Items will be delivered to the address or PAXI point specified online during the checkout process. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery address or PAXI point information being supplied to us.
Delivery cost will be dependent on package size, delivery address and courier selection. This will be calculated during checkout.
The courier delivery generally takes 2 to 5 working days based on delivery location (Please note that courier delivery lead times may increase during high demand periods e.g. Black Friday, Festive period, etc.). Deliveries are made during weekdays, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding weekends and SA public holidays. If you choose a PAXI option for delivery, they normally take 7 - 9 working days to have a parcel delivered to a PAXI point.
You will be sent a Waybill tracking number via email when your order is being processed for delivery. Use the below website and enter the waybill number to track the delivery status.

We make use of Payfast, Paystack and YOCO payment services which allows you to make quick and secure payments. These are reputable and trusted platforms to make payments.
